Thrive Program

The Thrive Program is an 8-week reentry education course delivered inside county jails to support individuals preparing for release and successful reintegration into the community. The program provides structured, practical guidance focused on rebuilding stability, strengthening decision-making skills, and preparing participants for life after incarceration with dignity and purpose. 

To date, Thrive has served 125 participants, with over 80 graduates completing the full program, reflecting strong engagement and completion outcomes. An additional 30 participants are scheduled to begin upcoming cohorts, continuing the program’s growth and reach within the jail system. 

Through consistent in-custody instruction and a supportive curriculum, the Thrive Program helps participants begin their reentry journey early—building confidence, clarity, and a stronger foundation for their return to society.
